Menagerie the restaurant has become synonymous in the hospitality industry for
leading the way in experiential dining. Our guests experience delicious dining with a
difference, beautiful drinks that we have carefully hand crafted and designed, theatre
and atmosphere expressed through every element, from our music and performances
to the way we present & deliver our food and drinks. Every aspect of Menagerie has
been creatively directed to work in sync and provide an all-round unique experience
for our guests. We are always striving to continue our story, a creative new wave
approach to hospitality, throwing out the old school rule book.

We are looking for a full-time Content creator with an enthusiastic and proactive
approach to share their passion for the engaging content across all platforms.
Menagerie is an energetic, fast-paced environment with a variety of offerings and
experiences available – we aim to communicate this along with our fun happy
atmosphere to our guests. Experience in a similar role is required but possibly from a
different industry. Must be a good communicator and happy to also step in front of
the camera for social media and television.
Key responsibilities:
We are an extremely close family and are looking to add someone who can embrace
the company values, an honest and fair approach to all. We have a very diverse team
and accept applications from people from all walks of life. Talent will shine through
above all and we are excited to find the right person who will enhance our Menagerie.
• Concept creation for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok & YouTube – imaginative videos and copy
to engage & grow our audience using current trends, fresh ideas and relevant copy &
hashtags for Menagerie and my the owners personal TikTok & Instagram
• Promoting ongoing and upcoming events & offers in a unique and entertaining way
through the Menagerie Voice
• Monitoring content from relevant creators and yielding ideas from this, having at least
fortnightly content and creative direction meetings with management
• Posting to TikTok & Instagram for both accounts
• Creating a strategy for YouTube over the first 6 months in the role with the intention to
implement this in 2024
• Infuencer outreach
• Developing our in house Podcast to organically promote the brand which would be audio
and visual with clips shared to socials -working alongside a podcast production company
• Maintaining and updating our Facebook page
• Driving guests to leave positive online reviews
The Role Requires:
• Organisation and evolving strategies and schedules for content creation & posting
• Continual monitoring of online trends and our in-house events /promotions/celeb visits
• Time management
• Working directly with the owner to consider creative direction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: On application dependant on experience
Hours: 40 hours a week flexi time sometimes required to work weekends and evenings
to match key trading periods and events
