Here at Menagerie, we are regularly the suitably lavish setting for our friends, The Real Housewives of Cheshire, on and off screen. So when the lovely Stacey Forsey asked if we’d help set up a big birthday surprise for best friend and fellow owner, Seema, we were more than happy to oblige and bring Menagerie to Cheshire.
When the Menagerie Angels arrived at Stacy’s beautiful Prestbury mansion, preparation got underway for the birthday girl’s garden tea party. In-keeping with the summer theme, we assembled our whitewashed beachy Menagerie bar, complete with two golden swans and a decorative ivy finish. We then arranged a charming display of our famed Traditional Afternoon Tea, presented on our exclusive golden ferris wheels and gold leaf plates.
As the guests keenly awaited the birthday girl, they indulged our selection of petite finger sandwiches, paired with with an elegant assiette of cakes and scones. True to form, the housewives sipped on Moet & Chandon from our stylish collection of gold champagne flutes..
Once we knew that Seema was about to arrive, we couldn’t resist a signature Menagerie champagne show, complete with sparklers and gold swans filled with champagne, to surprise her as she walked in. This was presented by her two sons Neil and Aaron, and not forgetting, our famous giant bunny rabbit. We also gifted Seema with a personalised birthday board, which contained a bespoke message, chocolate covered strawberries, meringue, fresh berries and chocolate mousse… and, you guessed it, more sparklers! We hope you had a fabulous Menagerie birthday day and night Seema!
